As part of the WBRC pre-season training plan WBRC is offering a PILATES program. Sessions will be a max class size of 12 people and taught by an Exercise Physiologist / Pilates Instructor. Sessions will run Monday & Wednesday nights 6PM-7PM from Monday 5th August.
You can register for Mondays or Wednesdays or both!
All sessions will be held in the Kings Room at WBRC and you are required to bring your own pilates mat. (AKA yoga mat).
These sessions are for all rowers / non-rowers of any age.
If you are not a WBRC member you can still register.
You must register online, cash payments per session will not be accepted.
All sessions must be paid for up front prior to first session.
