Hi All,

Thank you to all that donated a couple of hours to remove all of the photos from the walls. We have made a great start on the project.

Our Primary focus for this event is to tidy up the committee room and give it a fresh coat of paint.

This will involve, but not be limited to; (Updated)

  • Remove all photos and memorabilia from the walls.
  • Patch and repair all walls. (This week)
  • Sand (Brings Sanding equipment)
  • Paint (Bring Rollers and Brushes)
If we can get a good group together this Saturday we should be able to complete 2 coats of paint. Sand and coat in the morning. Leave the heaters on and a second coat after lunch.

We are also investigating the replacement of the carpet. If anyone has access to enough cheap carpet please contact me.

During the week some volunteers will start to clean and tidy up the photographs. Please contact Eric Waller if you can assist. 

Please send me any items that need further attention that have been missed.

Food of some description will be provided.
