The Wendouree Ballarat Rowing Club is proud to again host the Ballarat Rowing Coaches Seminar for 2019, the presenters for this years event are:
Noel Donaldson - Presenting on the Victorian Rowing Technique
Current VIS Head Coach, Level 4 NCAS, coach of the Oarsome Foursome, previously Men's Head Coach of Rowing Australia and Head Coach of Rowing New Zealand
Noel will be presenting his thoughts on rowing technique and how to implement changes within an athletes stroke sequence, as well as stories of his career in rowing.
Peter Blanchfield - Presenting on Building Sustainable Coach & Athlete Relationships
Director of Rowing The Geelong College, Level 3 NCAS, Masters of Sports Coaching
Peter's presentation will focus on strong athlete and coach relationships and how best to support your athletes to get the most out of each session.
Dr. Megan May - Presenting on Rowing Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation
Osteopath & Director, Eureka Osteo
Dr. Megan and her team from Eureka Osteo will present on the best practises to minimise injury in rowing as well as how to aid in the recovery of common musculoskeletal rowing injuries.
