Pathway Squad

The Pathway Squad at WBRC is for all rowers & coxes from scool leavers through to Under 23. Athletes compete in U19, U21, U23 & Club events throughout the season.

All participants must hold a WBRC Rowing Membership or WBRC Coxing Membership - available here.

WBRC Rowing Memberships are $350 per season and include access to all training programs offered until the end of the current rowing season (July 31 2027).

WBRC Coxing memberhsips are free.

The program runs year round with training sessions being arranged in colsultation with the athletes & coaches.

For the 2026 Melbourne Head Regatta & the 2026 Head of the Yarra, WBRC will be supporting 8 boys & 8 girls to represent the club - seat fees for these athletes will be covered at these regattas.

If a crew is of a competitive enough level, WBRC will support that crew in attending the Australian Rowing Championships.

Atheltes from this program have regularly represented Australia at underage World Championship events and been selected in Victorian State Teams.

All sessions are led by WBRC Volunteer Coaching Staff.
